getting back on the horse.


During the week I had so much stuff going on that I could only write the times I went to sleep. But when I mapped my nap times, the reconstruction of memory was easier and more reliable. Unlike this update. (the aliens were reliable)

Here's the nap times and some thoughts I had about them.

SUN 10:00pm-1:30am MON
Well shit I didn't do this one very well but moving from 8 to 3&1/2 hours is OK...

MON 4:30am-7:30am MON
I think my dad woke me up for a second, but then I went back to sleep pretty quickly.

MON 4:00am-4:30am MON
This nap fucking sucked. I slept at some picnic tables in the middle of the day. I barely got any REM. Also, I had to walk around to find a good place to sleep.

MON 9:00pm-2:00am TUES
I was kind of pissed at myself for this, but I forgot how to re-adapt so It was kinda acceptable to me

TUES 4:30am-7:30am TUES
This is a bit missleading, because my dad woke me up at 7:00 and I stayed up till 5:00 for a test. So I really only had 2 hours of sleep.

TUES 3:30pm-4:00pm TUES
On my way to the picnic tables, I shortcutted through a very dark and isolated hallway. BINGO! I slept there instead. Es bien.

TUES 8:30pm-12:40am WED
Ok, I'm worse at this then I thought. Maybe monophasic's not that bad...

WED 3:30am-6:30am WED
I temporarily switched back to my previous schedule because I knew I wouldn't be able to fit in my 3:30 nap.

WED 12:00pm-12:30pm WED
I haven't slept on the bus for a really long time, but I did manage.

WED 5:30pm-6:00pm WED
I had robotics this day because it was the so-called deadline of the AIs that we were making. MIT then moved it to Friday.

WED 11:50pm-12:50am THURS
I wrote here that I slept properly, but I think I faded back to sleep somewhere around 1:30.

THURS 4:30am-7:30am THURS
Nothing wrong here.

THURS 3:30pm-3:50pm THURS
I had to take a bus to go to  robotics, so I slept there. It was pretty horrible. I lost my ability to sleep on a bus well because I had stopped doing it.

THURS 8:30pm-12:30am FRI
This one, I blame mostly on my mom. I asked her to wake me up at 9:30. Predictably she forgot. Maybe it WAS my fault for asking her, despite knowing that she was a very forgetful person, but then again I asked her 3 times, and was without an alarm. Your call.

FRI 3:50am-6:50am FRI
I had to wake up early so I could finish my math test.

FRI 3:30pm-4:00pm FRI
Sunshine and daisies. (really darkness and hallucinations)

FRI 10:30pm-9:30am SAT
I had to delay it by 2 hours because this was the second deadline. MIT(Much In need of Timeliness) THEN MOVED IT TO MONDAY. I was actually wanted to sleep for only an hour, but because of it was siesta day and my recent bad performance, I just slept till 9. I DO WHAT I CAN, BECAUSE I MUST, It was LONG. BD

SAT 4:00pm-5:10pm SAT
This is a bit misleading. I actually tried to go to sleep for a very long time, but I kept getting disturbed by various things, including my brother. So I only got like two minutes of REM, when I should've gotten 20.

SAT 9:00pm-10:00pm SAT
BOOOOYYYYYEEEEIIIIAAAAHHH! First true success. I wasn't going to fail this time. I asked two people to wake me up(, made sure they were actually paying attention), slept with nothing on to make me more unconfortable, turned the fan up all they way, and used a 3 tier alarm clock system.(but I used the alarm system all the time anyway)
